Cochrane Commons Phase ICochrane Commons Phase I Cochrane Commons is located on the busiest exit in Morgan Hill with fronting on Hwy 101 and Cochrane Road, and access via a full freeway interchange. Additionally, Phase II of the project will combine hundreds of new multi-family units with other anchor retailers. Cochrane Commons Phase I currently has an 10,000 sq.ft. junior anchor opportunity, immediately adjacent to Ulta, Petco, DSW and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Lastly, there is 1,800 sq.ft also available.
