Know your rights and how to comply with ADA.

There have been recent lawsuits in Morgan Hill regarding building access for people with disabilities. To address these issues, the City of Morgan Hill, the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce, and the Silicon Valley Small Business Development Center are hosting a morning seminar on the basics of complying with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA).

This morning meeting will provide your small business with information about ADA requirements in the building code and what you need to know if you have been a recent target of an ADA lawsuit. Speakers will discuss legal issues, building code compliance, and access for animals supporting individuals with disabilities.
