Shop small all Fall with Sidewalk Saturdays

The Fall Sidewalk Saturdays Season is in full swing! Now through November 25, meet local artists and retailers, and purchase custom one-of-a-kind gifts for everyone on your list.

Started in 2020 to support home-based and retail small businesses through the pandemic, Sidewalk Saturdays has morphed into a beloved community event embodying the Buy Local spirit. This popular maker’s market located on 3rd street in Downtown Morgan Hill, features anywhere from 15-25 vendors. Our 12-week seasons occur every Spring and Fall, between 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Dog-gone Downtown takeover

Hundreds of Morgan Hill residents and dogs came Downtown on August 26 for the first ever Doggy Days of Summer event! Dogs enjoyed two agility courses, the splash zone, and participated in the pet contest. Patrons shopped 35+ dog-themed vendors and enjoyed live music from the Shand Band and MaryEllen & Thom. Kiddos enjoyed the bouncy house, lawn games, and EZPZ mobile gaming truck. There was something for everyone!

The 2023 Find Waldo Local scavenger hunt will kick-off on Saturday July 1. This is the 11th year that local small business Booksmart has coordinated the scavenger hunt, as a family friendly summer activity that promotes the Buy Local spirit. Pickup your passport at Booksmart, located in the Vineyard Town Center, and get ready to find Waldo in 25 local business locations.

Popular Makers Market returns for a 4th season

What started out as a way to support local home-based makers and brick n mortar retailers during the pandemic, has since morphed into a beloved community event embodying the Buy Local spirit. The Grand Opening of the 4th season of Sidewalk Saturdays will kick-off on Saturday April 1 and feature over 20 vendors. The 2023 Spring season will take place every Saturday between April 1-June 24, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., on 3rd street in Downtown Morgan Hill. Farm to table restaurant concept opens in Downtown Morgan Hill

MOHI Farm is the newest privately owned restaurant to open in Downtown Morgan Hill, following in the steps of Gorgio’s Italian Grill & Pizzeria, Sushi Confidential, Palmerino’s Italian Deli and Depot Street Pizza. Offering freshly brewed coffee and pressed juice, unique cocktails, and a menu featuring only the best in locally farmed ingredients, Mohi Farm has something for everyone. This farm to table restaurant is the newest concept in the Live+Lovel+Leal hospitality brand owned by hospitality guru and entrepreneur Frank Leal. Other properties in the Leal Hospitality Portfolio include Willow Heights Mansion, Granda Theatre, MOHI Social, and MOHI Wine.
