After seven years of fun, the Downtown Morgan Hill Pop-Up Park will be dismantled on June 22, to make way for the construction of the Edes Art Gallery. The Pop-Up Park, a temporary installation by the City, has provided a space for families to enjoy an interactive area filled with art and funded in partnership with local businesses and community organizations. The Pop-Up Park was always meant as a temporary activation, and while we say a heartfelt goodbye to this beloved community space, we say an excited hello to a multi-use art gallery and pedestrian promenade.

Who: The new regulation applies to commercial, industrial, and institutional properties, including homeowners’ associations (HOAs), throughout the State of California, including all of Morgan Hill.
What: The regulation requires that owners and managers of commercial, industrial, institutional properties, and HOAs immediately cease using potable water for irrigating non-functional turf.
